We offer both "Retained" and "Contingent" contracts as follows...
Retained: Placement Fee = 25% of first year annual salary.
We are most effective when we truly form a partnership with the hiring authority. To promote and support the development of this type of cooperation, we offer reduced rates to clients who commit to working closely with our staff by placing a small deposit (1/3 of estimated placement fee). This deposit is not "position specific", and can remain in effect as long as you wish to retain our services. When you decide you have exhausted your demand for our assistance for any reason, you may apply the deposit to the final placement fee due.
Contingent: Placement Fee = 30% of first year annual salary.
Seen as a "no risk" option by some clients, contingent search agreements allow you to engage our services without payment up front. We offer the same commitment and guarantee and expect the same level of attention and participation from contingent clients. Once you have become convinced of our effective approach to recruiting, it is easy to realize future savings by switching to a retained contract at any time.
