By the time we present a prospective employee, he or she will be fully prepared and committed to change having thoroughly reviewed the significant impact this process is to have in their life.

Compensation negotiation. Initial offers and counter offers can often turn into an adversarial part of the process. By participating as an arbitrator in this stage for both the client and the candidate, we are able to minimize the emotional pitfalls during these negotiations.
